This is the programme with the highest level of accountability. We work for a half-day on your plans for your most successful year, yet and enter them into the system.

The reins are then handed to you, to set your monthly goals and track your progress, month on month until month 11, when we meet again to evaluate your results.

Ideal for those who want to take ownership from the start.

Coaching kick-start

This programme has a balance of coaching to kick-start your success and accountability to maintain it.

We work for a half-day on your plans for your most successful year, yet and enter them into the system.

We then define your goals for month 1 to get you out of the blocks quickly.

You have 6 individual coaching sessions months 1-6, to accelerate your results and a follow-up at month 11. Ideal for those who want to see results.

With 12 months of coaching, you will experience even greater results by consistently working with me throughout the year.

We work for a half-day on your plans for your most successful year, yet and enter them into the system, then meet monthly to accelerate and embed your success.

Leadership VIP

Leadership can be lonely when decision-making and demands on your time are relentless.

This programme has the extra benefit of 2 ad-hoc coaching sessions per month, bookable with a private link so that you have space to take a breath and evaluate the best decisions for you, your team and the business with an independent and impartial thought partner.
